Located opposite the Memorial Hall, Great Ryburgh Playing Field is approximately 6.5 acres of recreational space. There is an enclosed children play area with swings, a balance beam, climbing frame and more. There is also a set of adult exercise equipment, basketball hoop, 5-a-side pitch, and large slide.
At the far end of the field is the Community Woodland, planted in 2014 by the Ryburgh Wildlife Group.
Dogs are welcome on the field, and it has become a popular area for dog walkers. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times, and any mess is disposed of in the red dog poo bin by the entrance.
